Hi all!
Welcome to Day 15 of the 31 Day Blogging Challenge in July 2016! Today I am going to share with a timeline of my day. Here is exactly how my day went!
5:30 am-6:00 am: Wake up and go to my 6 am, 1 hour Power Yoga Class!

7:00 am-7:45 am: Get ready for work (this includes showering, getting dressed, making the bed, kissing Francis goodbye & preparing my breakfast).

7:45 am-8:30 am: Drive to work!
8:30 am: Arrive at work & eat breakfast at my desk, as I read over my emails.

9:00 am – 12:00 pm: Work at my VariDesk, with occasional breaks to stretch and move around, eat snacks etc.

12:00 pm-1:00 pm: Lunch break – off to the gym for a sweaty, satisfying session on the elliptical!

1:00-1:30 pm: Eat lunch at my desk (a big baked Japanese purple sweet potato with a green salad). I don’t have a photo of it because it doesn’t look particularly pretty.
1:30 pm – 4:45 pm: Work, work, work (with a tea break and moving around to stretch in between).

4:45 pm – 5:30 pm: Leave work. Make a quick stop at home, cuddle Francis, change and run out the door for my chiropractic appointment at 6:15 pm!
6:15 pm – 6:40 pm: Get my back cracked by the chiropractor!

7:00 pm: Arrive home & make myself dinner! Also, make lunch for tomorrow!

7:30 pm: Wash up, have a shower, get into bed and watch Suits with Francis!

8:30 pm: Snuggle in bed, talk and read.
9:00 pm: Time for sleep! Getting up at 5:30 am again for yoga!
