Recently, my Great Aunt came into some money and was generous enough to share it with her family. For such a long time, I’ve wanted a proper multi-purpose food processor to assist me with all the delicious vegan recipes that I’ve had to dismiss in the past. Due to my unexpected windfall, I was able to order my Phillips Multi-Use Food Processor!
I wanted to christen the food processor with a Raw Vegan Cheesecake, as the first one I ever made using a regular blender took a lot of effort and the end result was not particularly aesthetically pleasing.
This time around, the process was effortless and enjoyable, therefore I wanted to share this simple, delicious recipe with you!
Raw & Gluten Free Vegan Raspberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Base/Crust:



Filling – Top Layer






Method:
Prior to preparation, cover the base of a spring form cake tin with shredded coconut



Time To Taste:
Before serving, allow cake to thaw in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
