July 28th – What Am I Looking Forward To?

Hi all!

Welcome to Day 28 of the 31 Day Blogging Challenge in July 2016! Today I’m going to share some of the things I’m looking forward to. Some are coming up, others are specks in the distant future. Before I begin however, I would like to note that it’s important to find little things to look forward to every single day in your life. This could be reading a book, eating a yummy meal, spending time with friends, exercising and more. This not only keeps us present but fills us with gratitude, so when the big things do come, we are much more appreciative. You do not want to live for that one big holiday each year. You need to live for the beautiful, small moments day-to-day!

I could’ve written more but I’ll leave it here. As you can see, my list is quite simple and that makes me so happy. It mainly involves being with the people I love, travel, creativity, nature & spirituality. These are the things that make my soul soar!

  1. This is a lovely list of things and sounds like you have so much love to share, Bec. So excited for you and I hope you have a good time. I don’t have a list like that (too lazy!!!) but I just take things one day at a time with no expectation 😀

    1. Thank you Mabel! I love the little things that get me excited each day like reading or going for a walk 🙂 no expectation, just living day to day! It was nice to make this list!
