Today I am discussing Concealer. This is a series on my blog titled: My Makeup Journey. Click here to follow along. I want to share everything I have learned, so without further ado, let’s get into it! 

PART 3: CONCEALER

BRAND

Concealer should always follow foundation application. I bought mine from Kmart. It’s the OXX brand in medium coverage. 

APPLICATION

When applying foundation, always leave right under the eyes alone. That’s where the concealer should go. Having said that, do not put it too close to the lower waterline. Make some space just underneath it (see image below). You can also apply it to the sides of the eyes, to lift and brighten the face.

Finally, dab it onto any blemishes and areas you wish to cover. You can use your fingers to tap it in, or blend with a sponge/brush.
